Every day, I hear from users all over the world \u2013 from teenagers to folks in their eighties \u2013 who are equally passionate about WordPress, and that makes me smile.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"158\" height=\"17\"><strong>Why did you decide to speak at WordCamp Ottawa?<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"325\">I was excited to see a new WordCamp spring up just a few hours away from Montreal, where I&#8217;m based. There was no question about showing up to support it!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"158\" height=\"17\"><strong>What is your talk going to be about?<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"325\">As a volunteer moderator in the <a href=\"\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/\">WordPress.org support forums<\/a>, and now a Happiness Engineer for <a href=\"http:\/\/wordpress.com\/\">WordPress.com<\/a>, I&#8217;ve watched people ask for help in some pretty ineffective ways. Knowing <strong>how<\/strong> to get useful WordPress assistance is in itself a skill, so I&#8217;ve decided to share some tips on what to do \u2013 and what to avoid \u2013 when you&#8217;re stuck on a WordPress problem and ready to reach out.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"158\" height=\"17\"><strong>What is your favourite WordPress plugin or theme?
