Jean-Fran\u00e7ois is Co-Founder of SatelliteWP (a WordPress maintenance server), has been using WP for 14 years, participates as speaker \/ volunteer at WordCamp Montreal since 2010 and since 2018, supervises the translation of WordPress, Beaver Builder and WP Rocket in \u201cFran\u00e7ais du Canada\u201d. In his spare time, he\u2019s preparing for his marathon\u2026 of 10km, and improves his knowledge of sailing techniques on his sailboat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jean-Fran\u00e7ois will be speaking at 4:30pm on Saturday, July 13th in the Rideau room. His talk is entitled, \u201cI manage 100+ projects in a spreadsheet\u201d said no one ever.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This presentation will discuss the different project management approaches for design and\/or development in a WordPress context, and will offer an overview of the different tools, free or not, which are available. There are no specific pre-requisites to attend, but you will get a lot more out of this if you currently manage more than one project at a time.
